As the Headteacher of Osborne Primary School, it is my privilege to welcome you to our school. Our local community is diverse and children from a wide variety of cultures and back grounds form our Osborne school family. The range of languages spoken by our pupils and their varied life experiences makes Osborne Primary School a vibrant and exciting place to be!

Our staff team share a common vision and a commitment to ensure that all of our pupils are exposed to a knowledge rich curriculum, full of exciting learning opportunities, which prepare them for the fast-changing world that they are growing up in. We strive for our staff, parents and pupils to be aspirational and to feel PROUD to be part of the Osborne Primary School family. In all areas of school life, we are passionate and committed to encouraging our children to live by our core values of respect, self-control, fairness, perseverance, forgiveness and courage.

At the heart of our work at Osborne Primary School lies the firm belief that all children, regardless of their background, have the right to reach their full potential. We work hard to instil confidence in our children so that they understand that barriers don’t have to limit their lives.

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is committed to keeping our students safe, both in school and the wider community. As part of our safeguarding arrangements, we have a two-way information sharing agreement in place with the local police authority. The agreement is compliant with Crime & Disorder Act 1998 (s.115) and Data Protection Act 1998(s.29.3; s.35.2.), and focuses on preventing young people from becoming involved or further involved in crime and anti-social behaviour as a victim or offender.
