Welcome to Reception! We are so excited for all of the wonderful learning, experiences and discoveries that lie ahead of us this term.

Our topic is called ‘Amazing Animals’ and it all begins with the discovery of a penguin’s egg that has been left behind in our classroom!

Over the term, we will journey to different countries and climates around the world to find out about the animals that live there and their habitats. We will need to use our reading, writing and number skills to help us with our learning.

Keep an eye out on X for our exciting ‘eggs-periment’ where we will investigate different materials to keep our special egg safe!
